Well for me this starts with the mental connection the manipulation and direction of thought long before the physical side is rewarding. The control of another is the real turn on otherwise its just kinky sex, and although that can be great it's only with the mental connection that it becomes mind blowing.

I have been in the lifestyle now for around 20 years and I have a good level of experiance and knowledge and enjoy passing that on with the right sub/slave so your level of experiance or age is much less important than that we are on the same wavelength.
