I sometimes get the impression from others that after reading someone's profile here, you're supposed to magically know everything about who they are as an individual. Can't happen! I have presented on topics and attended events that I feel reflect my own views and opinions. That doesn't mean I can't or won't explore new or different perspectives. For me it's about the journey not the destination. I can be quiet but radical, polite but direct. I consider myself approachable so if there is something on your mind, say it and let's see where that takes us. I can fit into most situations but if I feel that I don't need to be there anymore then I simply remove myself. A behavior that has served me well.
